MIPIM brought the global real estate community together in Cannes for a week of dialogue, investment and new opportunities for collaboration.

F&M CEO Hazem Abdul Karim joined the Oman Developer Forum at the Oman Pavilion, contributing to a discussion on investment opportunities and partnerships shaping the next phase of development in the Sultanate.

The session brought together Hisham Al-Zubaidi, Real Estate Development Advisor to H.E. the Minister of Housing & Urban Planning, and Fuad Al Kindi, a strategic engineering leader across Oman's public and private sectors. The discussion was moderated by Paul Kallee-Grover MBE of Octio Communications.

The week also marked an important milestone for F&M with the signing of an Agreement to Design Neighborhood 2 Branded Residences as exclusive mansions in Al'Thuraya City, in partnership with Avant Garde, Metrogramma and The One Atelier.
