F&M Attends Oman Design & Build Week as Tathmeer Presents Neighbourhood 6 at A’Thuraya City

F&M attended Oman Design & Build Week, where our client Tathmeer officially presented Neighbourhood 6, one of the key residential developments within A’Thuraya City.

The project reflects a growing focus on integrated and people-centred communities, combining residential, commercial and community uses within a landscape-led masterplan designed around the site's natural features.

Strategically located within A’Thuraya City, Neighbourhood 6 spans more than 269,000 sqm and is connected to key destinations across the development. The masterplan integrates the surrounding wadi, dam and mountainous terrain to create a distinctive living environment that balances urban convenience with a strong connection to nature.

During the event, Tathmeer highlighted the project's vision of creating communities that prioritise quality of life, open spaces and a closer relationship with the natural landscape.

F&M is contributing to the development through Development & Project Management, Architecture & Concept Design, Test Fit & Spatial Planning, Infrastructure and MEP Design, supporting the delivery of a residential destination aligned with the long-term vision for A’Thuraya City.

Oman Design & Build Week provided an opportunity to engage with industry stakeholders and showcase projects that continue to shape the future of urban development in the Sultanate.
