The Greater Salalah Structure Plan reached an important milestone as project partners and stakeholders came together for the final workshop to validate the plan and discuss its implementation.

Delivering a successful Structure Plan requires the alignment of multiple disciplines, stakeholders and priorities to translate a long-term vision into a clear and achievable roadmap for development.

As part of the consortium led by Sasaki and F&M, F&M has worked alongside project partners, including Pegasys Consulting, contributing multidisciplinary expertise to a shared vision for the future of Greater Salalah.
